You have the option to schedule appointments either in person at a centralized location near Summerville, SC or Charleston, SC, in the comfort of your home, or virtually.
All services offered are open to both moms and their support person/significant other. Just inform us of your preferences, and we will gladly accommodate them. We are committed to embarking on this journey together with you!
Starting at $150, all services require a $50 deposit to reserve your appointment. This policy ensures all clients have the most up to date appointment availability. To reallocate the deposit, a 24-hour written cancellation notice is required.

Partner 101
This service is specifically for the support person/parent of the mom-to-be! This service can discuss and explore all the questions, uncertainties, and fears. We can really dive into how you would like to shape your role in the pregnancy and help you navigate that process. We can discuss everything from intimacy to ideas for push presents, the best way to advocate for the mom-to-be, and prep for the postpartum period. After the initial consultation, we will devise a plan suited to your needs to get you all set for every phase of the process!
Prenatal Q&A
Let's face it, prenatal appointments can be stressful! The amount of information thrown at you and the quick in-and-out nature of the visits often leave little time to ask all the questions you have in mind.
Allow me to assist you in comprehending all the necessary prenatal testing and procedures, as well as what you can anticipate during each appointment. My aim is to ensure that you feel confident and well-informed throughout every step of your journey.
Bring me your questions and concerns, and I will help you understand your care plan and give you ways to implement it successfully into your routine.
This service is the perfect supplement to your regularly scheduled appointments to ensure you completely understand your prenatal care.
Labor and Delivery Prep
This service boasts an in-depth discussion on what to expect for your labor and delivery experience from the laboring perspective and the support person's perspective (possible medication used during labor, epidural myths and truths, and the possibility of C-Section). We’ll talk about what you will need for the big day and cover everything from how to handle boundary discussions for grandparents to social media etiquette.
I will carefully go over your "roles and responsibilities" and collaborate with you to develop your birth plan, ensuring that you approach your the birth informed and empowered! Please keep in mind that to fully benefit from this service, it may require 2-4 sessions.
This service can also be customized to the birth environment expectations you choose.
Perinatal Mental Health Boost
If you have faced challenges during your family planning journey and require additional support, this service is designed for you. It offers parents, including spouses and partners, a safe space for open and honest conversations about their apprehensions related to conception, all stages of pregnancy, and the postpartum period up to the child's first year of age. Moreover, a Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorder (PMAD) screening/assessment will be conducted, and tailored services/resources will be provided based on individual needs.
Furthermore, this service can be utilized for additional assistance in scheduling and prioritizing self-care, as well as guidance on incorporating "ME time" into your daily routine.

Unexpected Outcomes Q&A
This service details all of the additional required antenatal testing, procedures, and anticipatory guidance for the "high-risk" pregnancy or High Alert Pregnancy. This service ensures clients’ mental well-being is properly addressed and nurtured.

4th Trimester Prep
This service will assist new parents in preparing for the physical, emotional, and logistical challenges that come with welcoming a new baby. This service may include education on postpartum care, meal planning and prep, organization of living spaces, introduction to perinatal mood and anxiety disorders and emotional support. This service is recommended in the beginning of the pregnancy to allow for proper planning, make arrangements for assistance, and preparation with minimal stress over time.
Group Coaching
Get your friends together and enjoy all the benefits of coaching as a group for a discounted price. This option provides a safe and supportive environment for expectant parents to connect, share experiences, and receive emotional support from others in similar situations. During the group sessions we can address a variety of topics related to pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum planning concerns and fears. A group session would consist of 3-5 people who are in the same stage of their lives. Participating in group coaching can help reduce feelings of isolation and anxiety, and provide valuable resources and advice for navigating the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood.
